Main usage:
Model SRD4A single port soft bag I.V produciton line is fully-automatic monoblock machine which integrate forming ,printing ,filling and sealing one station into one unit .It is suitable for soft bag from 100ml to 1000ml.
The introduction for working station-filling station:
The filling operation is accomplished by 4 Mass flow meter system with electromagnetic filling valves and micro processor control unit, which is located in the main switch cabinet. The advanced filling system is easy adjustable by touch bottom for different filling volumes. The range of filling volume should not be less than 100ml and can be up to 10 L. Should an error or fault be signalled the respective filling position should not start to fill. The filling system is prepared for full inline sterilization.
